After being medically discharged due to physical and mental injuries, I focused on rebuilding my body and mind through extensive knowledge of injury management, rehabilitation, and mental resilience. I design workouts that maximize muscle gain while minimizing fat accumulation, balancing strength training with cardiovascular exercises to enhance fat loss. I also employ advanced techniques like supersets, drop sets, and varying rep ranges to keep challenging the muscles and promote growth..
